A. Our primary data center is located in Los Angeles, California with other Ppoint of Presence delivery locations, which can be accessed as needed by our clients.

Q. Can I import lists?

A. Of course, you can import and manage your lists as needed, so long as each subscriber on your list has requested to receive information from you specifically.

Q. Do I need special software to use your system?

A. There are no third-party players or special downloads attachment requirements to view video email. Simply point-and-click, and the streaming video will begin playing.

Q. Can I use your service even though my website is hosted somewhere else?

A. Yes, you sure can. Our CDN allows you to send our your emails with the help of our email delivery system even though you may be suing another hosting service. We can even help you deliver our video player so it works on you Website, giving your viewers the best possible viewing experience while keeping you site residing where ever you choose.

A. Yes, sharing your videos on multiple websites and social media sites is as easy as cutting-and-pasting. Plus, with our service, you can see how many people have watched each video.

Q. Can I use my own domain name with your service?
